Ingredients
3 large green tomatoes, thickly sliced
1 lime, zest and juice
2 Tbs fresh basil, chopped
1/2 tsp flaky sea salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp chipotle powder
extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
whole basil leaves, for serving
Directions
  1. Heat grill to high. Spray with nonstick spray. Place tomato slices on the grill. Grill for 1 minute per side.
  2. Transfer tomatoes to a serving platter. Squeeze lime juice over both sides of tomatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the lime zest, chopped basil, salt, pepper and chipotle powder. Sprinkle over the tomatoes. Drizzle with oil. Top with basil leaves.
